Bought the book as a gift for my wife. While she is not a "professional" Hall china collector she is serious enough that ever time we go to a new city/town/state she wants to stop at an antique shop. This book is well organized and has quality photographs.

It has almost pages of photos and illustrations of the popular collectable pottery made by Hall China of East Liverpool, Ohio. The Whitmyers give us a history of the pottery, Hall China book chart of color swatches to use to compare to our collectibles, and an extensive treatment of the various patterns and styles made over the years/5(45).
